This eight day French gilt carraige clock has four free-standing pillars and fine filagree panels top and bottom of the case. The pillars and handle are also matching filagree. The case is anglaise style and stands eight inches in height.
The quality brass movement strikes the hours and half hour on a steel gong, and has push-button repeat. The 'butterfly' duplex platform escapement is quality, note the blued steel screws which are throughout the brass movement.

The ivory porcelain dial , with decorative gilt filagree centre, is in perfect condition.
All glasses are bevelled. A beautiful carraige clock for home or office.
