FRENCH LYRE CLOCK
A spectacular Royal blue Sevres porcelaine clock in excellent form.
The gilt bronze ornaments outline the lyre case with bronze foliage and garlands.
The dial faintly signed : Fais....Va.... Paria) is most elaborate being surrounded by an outer circle of diamond-cut quartz.
Fancy pastel garlands of flowers decorate the white dial.The convex porcelaine dial has black arabic numerals for the hours and a full 60 minute outer track.
The lyre shaped hands are pierced, gilt and delicate.
The surround of glass jewels swing to and fro as the pendulum swings.
 In the center of the bob is a rating adjustment, to keep the beat set in the gilt drum.
